We are so confident of our EVERYDAY LOW SALES PRICES that if you f ind a lower price for the same mattress set purchased from us in the same retail trade area within thirty, (30), days from the date of your purchase, MATTRESS BUYS will refund you 120% of the difference in price. To receive a price adjustment, you must have the competitor's current ad or written invoice with the make and model of the set and price, (inclusive of sales tax), clearly shown thereon. Internet sales, closeouts, special purchases, exchanges, floor samples, warranties, discontinued, AS-IS and one-of-a-kind merchandise is excluded from our EVERYDAY LOW SALES PRICES protection policy.
60-Day No Hassle Comfort Guarantee [ BACK TO TOP ]
MATTRESS BUYS offers you a one-time 60-Day Comfort Guarantee on premium mattress sets. A premium mattress set is any set $699.00 or more. To qualify for a comfort guarantee exchange, you must sleep on your new premium mattress set for a minimum of fifteen (15) days. If after fifteen (15) days you are not comfortable with your premium mattress set, please contact customerservice@mattressbuys.com . We will issue you an in-store credit towards the original set purchased, less a handling fee depending on size. The handling fee covers transportation and disposal costs. Handling fees are as follows: Twin $129.00 per set, Full $149.00 per set, Queen $179.00 per set, King $199.00 per set. You have up to sixty, (60), days after your purchase to request a Comfort Guarantee and use your in-store credit. The in-store credit may be used to select any other premium mattress set of equal or greater retail listed ticketed sales price. If you decide to upgrade and choose a more expensive set, you will be required to pay the difference between the credit issued and the price of your new selection including handling fees, sales tax and re-delivery. If you select a mattress set of lesser value than your original purchase price, there will not be any refund or credit for the difference. Any unused credit left will be lost. Upon entering the store you must register your credit memo with the store salesperson before choosing your reselection. Premium mattress sets being exchanged must be clean, sanitary and in the condition received free of stains, scuffs, tears, rips, abuse or other damage. MATTRESS BUYS 60-DAY NO HASSLE COMFORT GUARANTEE is a one-time offer that is applied to the original purchase only and must be used within 60-days after purchase or it shall become null & void. Comfort Guarantee does not apply to Electric Adjustable Beds, Floor Models, Closeout, Sales, Discounted or As-Is merchandise.
Accessibility Restrictions
Occasionally a typical one-piece box spring or foundation may not fit in your home and may require a two-piece or split-box spring or foundation. If accessibility is restricted, you will need to purchase a two-piece split box set. Fees for two-piece split box sets vary depending on the quality and manufacturer of the bedding purchased. MATTRESS BUYS assesses a delivery fee for pick up and redelivery. Please contact customerservice@mattressbuys.com to assist with your selection, make payment and arrange a delivery time. All box springs or foundations exchanged must be clean, sanitary and in the condition received free of stains, scuffs, tears, rips, abuse or other damage.
Your new mattress set is too high
If within 24 hours after delivery you realize that your new mattress set is too high, MATTRESS BUYS will exchange your box spring or foundation for a low profile box spring or foundation. This will lower the height of your mattress set from 3 to 6 inches depending on the mattress set purchased. Fees for this exchange service vary depending on the quality and manufacturer of the bedding purchased. MATTRESS BUYS assesses a delivery fee for pick up and redelivery. Please contact customerservice@mattressbuys.com to assist with your selection, make payment and arrange a delivery time. Merchandise being exchanged must be clean, sanitary and in the condition received free of stains, scuffs, tears, rips, abuse or other damage.
Delivery, Set-up & Removal Procedures and Service Charges [ BACK TO TOP ]
Delivery Charge $60.00
Delivery Charge includes set up of a new frame and mattress set only purchased from MATTRESS BUYS . The delivery charge also applies to all headboards, footboards, futons, day beds, canopy beds, and frames when purchased without a mattress set.
Re-delivery Charge $60.00
If no one is home to accept delivery during the scheduled 4-hour delivery window there will be an additional charge of $60.00 for redelivery, non-negotiable.
Set-up and Assembly
Electric Adjustable Bed is an additional $40.00 plus the delivery fee . The charge for set-up or assembly for a wood, iron, or metal bed that is purchased in conjunction with any mattress set from us is an additional $40.00. Set-up and assembly charges for head and footboards, bunk beds, futons and day beds without a mattress purchase from us require an additional payment of $80.00.
Delivery & Set-up
MATTRESS BUYS delivery teams deliver merchandise purchased from us to your desired room provided it is easily accessible. Delivery includes placement of your new mattress & box spring/foundation on an existing customer assembled frame. Placement of your new mattress & box spring/foundation on a frame purchased from us. Set-up of a wood, iron, or metal bed purchased from us in conjunction with any new mattress set from us. Delivery, Set-up and Assembly fee's to be paid at the store upon ordering this service. Delivery, Set-up and Assembly fees do not include assembly or attachment of an existing headboard or footboard to a new frame.
Removal
Removal includes removal of your old mattress & box spring/foundation, (equal to size and quantity purchased), from the delivery address. Removal does not include r emoval of metal frames, exposed steel box spring/foundations, old headboards or footboards, waterbed mattresses, furniture of any kind, any boxing, packing or wrapping material from new merchandise (plastic, cardboard, foam, etc…). Removal does not include moving existing bedding or furniture within the customer's home or to another location.
Health & Safety
For health and safety reasons, bedding that is in unsanitary condition or that has metal or wood protruding out of the mattress or box spring/foundation will not be removed by our delivery teams. Unsanitary bedding and protruding objects may cause injury to delivery personnel, and pose damage to or contamination of new mattress sets and merchandise on the delivery truck.
Preparing for delivery
Your delivery has been scheduled at the time of purchase or put on the will-call board awaiting your 72-hour delivery request notification. Your delivery has a scheduled 4-hour time window. Please note that our trucks are on the road from early morning until late in the evening. Your delivery could be anywhere within that time frame. Keep in mind that the delivery time is only an approximation, as mechanical difficulties, weather or traffic conditions, and length of time spent at previous stops can affect your scheduled delivery time window. Customers must disassemble existing bed(s). The area where merchandise is to be installed must be clear with safe and easy access prior to the delivery team arrival. In the event the set-up area is not clear with safe and easy access, drop-off delivery and removal will only be performed. No set-up or assembly will be performed. You will be asked to sign a delivery form that states that your merchandise was received as described upon completion of a satisfactory delivery.
Customer pick-up charge $10.00
If the items are not in stock at the store and must be delivered to the store for customer pick-up there will be a customer pick up charge of $10.00 for load out services.

Manufacturer's Warranty
Warranties for the products you purchased are issued and covered by the manufacturer and not MATTRESS BUYS . We only provide liaison customer service contacts for the manufacturers of the mattresses and box spring/foundations that we currently sell. The manufacturers set their warranty requirements and the service to which you may be entitled. Please review your manufacturer's warranty card for their specifics regarding your purchase. You must provide the “proof of purchase” in order for the manufacturers to honor their warranties. If you move out of our sales area ( Georgia , South Carolina and Florida ), your warranty is still in effect. The manufacturer's information can be found on the law tag attached to your mattress or box spring/foundation. Stained, Abused or Damaged mattress or box spring/foundation shall automatically void warranty
Mattress manufacturers will not authorize MATTRESS BUYS to initiate an exchange for unsanitary, stained, scuffed, torn, ripped, dirty, abused or damaged merchandise. Mattress sets being exchanged must be clean, sanitary and in the condition received free of stains, scuffs, tears, rips, abuse or damage. It is recommended that you use a mattress protector with your new bedding. If you need to purchase a mattress protector, please speak to you salesperson.
Mattress Protectors
Please review your manufacturer's warranty information for proper procedures for placing a claim. You must call the manufacturer's telephone number for all such warranty claims. MATTRESS BUYS does not handle mattress protectors warranty claims.
Transportation/Handling Fee
Manufacturers' Warranties do not include transportation, handling, and return costs. MATTRESS BUYS charges a fee of $149.00 for each warranty exchange to cover the cost of transportation, handling, removal and return to the manufacturer.
Electric Adjustable Bed Bases
If you experience a problem with an Electric Adjustable Bed Base, please refer to the Leggett and Platt manufacturers' warranty in your handbook provided with your electric bed purchase. Please use their TOLL FREE customer service number and contact Leggett & Platt directly. MATTRESS BUYS does not handle customer service claims concerning Electric Adjustable Bed Bases. Electric Adjustable Bed Bases are not returnable under our comfort guarantee or to us for any warranty issues.
Special Orders
MATTRESS BUYS requires a 50% Non-Refundable Deposit for Special Orders. Special orders must be paid in full prior to customer pick-up or delivery. Any special order that is cancelled shall result in the loss of any deposit. Special Orders do not have a comfort guarantee.
Refund Policy
MATTRESS BUYS does not give refunds on Layaways, Special Orders, Floor Samples, Closeouts, Discounted or Sale Priced Merchandise, Comfort Guarantees, Daybeds, Bunk Beds, Pop-up Trundles, Canopy Beds, Frames, Rails, Head & Foot Boards, Furniture, AS-IS Bedding, or Any Steel Items. A refund will not be issued unless you provide “proof of purchase.” Except as otherwise set forth herein, no credit or refund will be issued for merchandise that has been picked up. |
